I have lived in The Estates for about a year now, and recently transfered into a larger apartment. After reading most comments, I don't quite understand any complaints complaints in regards to noise. Whenever people come to visit, they always comment on how quiet and peaceful the community is.

It's a very pleasant area to live in. If there's ever a problem w/ anything in my apartment, maintenance has always fixed the issue the very next day. Even though the community has undergone new management, the staff has always been courteous and attentive whenever I would go into the office.

I have been at the property since the first of the year and yes, you would have to be deaf not realize that the Noise level has drastically increased. I love my apartment; however I don't want to hear someone else's music all night long. I am looking around just in case it does not get better.

The reviews on this site that I had read so far were either too good to be true or were so unbelievably negative. They just don't add up. What is the best way to find out whether an apartment community is suitable for you? I am posting this very same message on different apartment pages with the hope that there is at least one unbiased tenant out there for each of these apartments who can provide accurate information.
