The grounds in this community are filthy!!! The breezeways are HEAVILY stained, trash on the stairs, always trash in the parking lot. Don t let the recently paved parking lot fool you that s about the only nice thing around.

Something in my apartment is always broken or malfunctioning, from the stove, to the dryer, to the garbage disposal. The only good thing is the maintenance staff is super friendly. But, I shouldn t have to spend my days waiting to see what else won't work.

Also, for the price you can live in Downtown Atlanta and have Stainless Steel Appliances! My friend just rented an Apartment in Midtown for $30 more than what I'm paying with beautiful amenities and it s a brand new complex.

When my lease is up I definitely will look to move in her complex. I know I made a huge mistake moving here and probably should have gone with the complex next door, it was so much prettier, but what got me here was the Washer and Dryer were included, which would have been nice had it been working properly :)
