This has been one of the best leasing experiences I have had in Atlanta. The staff is extremely friendly and personable. I had a water break a week after I moved in. It was on a major holiday and the maintenance came out within 30 minutes. I can not even begin to describe how good maintenance is. The gates are working (a miracle if they do with most complexes). Noise is not an issue. Good sized apartments with large closet spaces.
