I have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely can NOT wait to get out! The office staff are completely incompetent, lazy and will do everything in their power to make you believe they will handle your issues, when, in fact, nothing ever gets done. The weight room has had broken machines the entire time I have been here, the computers in the conference room have been broken for at least six months. When you ask for maintenance, it takes DAYS for them to get out there, IF they return your call at all. I DO NOT recommend this complex to anyone, so keep looking!!!

This is such a lie. No wonder you cannot believe everything you read in these ratings! I lived at Gables for 1 year in 2005 and the computers were always up and the gym was fine. Compared to the complexes I've lived in, Gables Sugarloaf was the best. Leslyn is the best, Robert was the man, everyone in that office looked out for you. The maintenance was on timely and efficient. I never had to call for any issues more than once. Stop lying!
