Consistently poor performance by staff

While this is not a bad place, there are some problems. It is a fairly noisy complex if that annoys you. The staff does some stupid things that make it very difficult, including the recent change out of the gates which left every resident without a card for entry

The gate is terrible, incredibly slow nad fails to work at least 20% of the time, which means that basically you just accept that you must let each other in which means that it is useless.
