I've been living at this property for nearly two years and have enjoyed every minute of it. The leasing agents (Leslyn and Jenny) that have been around since I signed here are very competent and go out of their way to help out with a smile (other reviewers should probably learn how to read their lease agreements). I've also seen the gate broken on occasion but only because I've seen it come down on a car trying to follow me through. This place has beautiful landscaping, new chairs by the pool and keeps up on maintenence. Only complaint is traffic from Gwinnett Arena during events and kids playing in the busy streets around the complex. Otherwise quiet and a great deal. Highly recommended.
