I recently leased at another community around the corner from Gables and after discovering my insect infested apartment I went to Gables Sugarloaf in a frantic. I had all my stuff in a moving van and needed an apartment asap. The staff was amazing. There was only one apartment that was vacant and they called in maintenance people, carpet cleaning people and got the apartment ready. I moved in 6 hours after that and it was clean, beautiful and to my relief, no bugs like the other apartment. The property is well taken care of and friendly.Every time I go to the office they still offer me something to drink and cookies. I have referred every one I know here because it is such a great place to live.
