I'll just touch on the problems we had while we were there. 1) Identity theft. Someone sucessfully changed my address. This was done BY HANDING THE LOCAL POSTMAN A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM! No confirmation, no nothing. It took two weeks and 1 stolen package for me to discover it. The office did nothing except take a report. 2) The internet service would go down for days at a time (cable). 3) We moved out, recived our deposit back (they were happy with the way we kept the place), then, two months later, I check my credit report and there's an item on there from Gables. I called and they claim we never returned the FRONT DOOR KEY! What?
