Getting worse and worse...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
When I first moved here in December 2004 it was really nice and the prices were reasonable. I am on my second lease and it has gone up $150/month in two years. The tenants are becoming more and more low class and no one seems to care.
Also, I have been an extremely good tenant. Never paid rent late or had any noise complaints but they don't really seem to care. When I came back to get my third apartment here after living with family for a month, I was having money troubles. I asked if they could maybe wave the application fee or the deposit (which they did for me on my first lease I might add) and the girl at the office who has always acted all buddy with me refused to do anything for me.
The only reward you will get for remaining a faithful tenant is an increase on your rent each new year. Don't waste your money. If you can afford this place you can affor The Reserve down the street which actually looks high class and has upper class tenants. I am tired of paying $1000 a month for a two bedroom so I can live in a building with all night partying -------- and pot smoking teenagers...oh and some crazy chick who keeps banging down her boyfriends door and screaming with her two children in the breezway.
Oh and the park is completely covered in dog poop at all times and there are gaps under the doors making your power bill insane.
