Gables Sugarloaf

I like how every time this complex gets a bad rating the staff makes a fake comment right after and gives it a five. The exercise equipment is from 1985 and never works. The rent keeps going up every few months though the property is becoming more and more run down and basically just getting older and older. The staff doesn't care about anyone and neither does this company. It is all about money.

I have a computer but no printer so I went into the little business center they have and not only can you never use the computers because some ghetto person is always in there on myspace but the printers don't work anyway. There are now constantly gangster wannabe's walking around the amenity areas at night anyway making me afraid to work out or use the computers anyway. There are bugs and ants and if you have pest control come they are basically spraying water on your carpet because the bugs don't seem to mind it at all. During the summer if you want to swim after it gets dark enter at your own risk because there are no lights in the pool. The coke machine is always empty. You can hear everything your neighbors do including peeing. There are cracks in the sheet rock in our pantry so ants crawl in from next door. Your electric bill will be high because there is about a 1/2 inch of space underneath your front and back door.

I know the location is good and all but if they want to charge a thousand dollars to live here they could at least take care of the place.
