I say take the good with the bad and decide for yourself... my decision is after 2 years I have decided to move... It seems that the helpfulness of the staff has declined, the promptness of maintenance that I experienced when I first moved here is gone, it is true that you can never get on the computers bc of kids on myspace all day, the exercise equipment is always broken, the water bill ranges $45/mth for a one bdrm & $100/mth for electric, and you can definitely hear every move your neighbors make and smell distinctly what they're cooking for dinner...

On the other end, the rent is great, I think the apartments are safe and well lit, I live in bldg 1 and there is definitely ample parking, but the little things have added up for me and I'm fed up & moving... Good Luck!

Are you serious!!!! You gave this place a negative rating because the kids are on myspace! Then you turn around and concede that the place is safe, the rent is good and parking is ample. Do you see the problem here?! You are giving a false impression of the place based on sheer nonsense! People like me are moving from out of state and rely on these ratings to try and find a place where you can live without having a gun shoved in your face! And all you can do is complain about freakin computers?!!

Interesting response... good luck in your search. The reviews are meant for you to take in what you can from ALL the people posting their OPINIONS, not just me... and I destinctively think I said much more than children on computers... Once again, good luck on your search. Oh, and if this helps you... I no longer live there.
