Ok, but too expensive

I have lived at the Gables for a year and a half. These apartments are decent, the landscaping is well kept, and maintenance is pretty timely. The apartments are a bit too expensive to me. That is why I am not renewing my lease.
It is fairly quiet in my building, except that I can hear my neighbor walking upstairs. Outdoors is pretty quiet too. Sometimes you can hear the kids nearby if you live close to the playground, but it is tolerable. Also, if you are a dog lover, you will love it here because they are everywhere and some of their owners do not clean up after them so watch your step.
Other than that, these apartments are ok but be prepared to pay the price.
