When I moved in October 2006, this place was great. Now, the neighbors are shady, there isn't enough parking at my building, there are stray cats everywhere, washers and dryers are completely disgusting, and management has definitely changed. I've complained about a couple of things here, to no avail. I've had to call the police because of a strange man wandering around and trying to break in. There are random guys everywhere, just hanging out. I paid the $1500 penalty to break my lease and I am outta here effective April 8.
Oh, and when you renew, they will jack up your rent to a ridiculous level.
