We have been living in this communition for one and half year. There are lots of reasons that strengthen our mind to move out when our lease contract ends. First of all, there are more and more crime happened in this community. Our front gate is out of control very often that anyone can get into this community easily. Second, the managerment team are cold and with no smile on their face. If you have any problem, do you expect them to help you with smile. Every time I came into their office, I felt like I was begging them to help. Third, the enviornment is getting worse. Dog's droppings are everywhere. I wonder their owners are illiteracy to no pets dropping signs. If you have neighbors like these people, you don't wanna stay any longer as well.
