Cons: I will say dont expect updated appliances (my dishwasher has to be at least 10 yrs old) flooring, or hardware (still have brass handles/knobs). The nice large windows lets in lots of large air. If you like stray cats...this is the place for you. I had a roach problem initially but they do provide extermination and it worked.

Pros: Storage on patio, location to highway

If you arent home much, which I'm not, then it's okay

The Gables wasn't around 10 years ago - you exaggerate......badly.
