We've lived in these apartments for 2 years now and are looking forward to moving out. Looks can be very deceiving as the apartment building and grounds are very nice but the tenants are not so... There are a lot of trouble kids/teenagers who roam the parking lots getting into trouble. There is nowhere safe to park because the kids like to play with basketballs, footballs, etc in the parking lot, will hit your car and walk away. We have two vehicles that were spray painted in the parking lot and at the same time a building next to our cars was spray painted. We have been unable to keep our windows open at night because tenants below us like to sit on their balcony at night and smoke marijuana which stinks up our apartment if we have the windows open. Tenants bring their young children into the gym and let them run wild so a lot of the equipment is broken or missing a lot of the time... If you DO get an apartment here, I highly suggest getting an apartment as far away from the park area as possible. I've heard it's a little quieter over by the tennis courts.
On the plus side... The staff is nice and they are really good about taking care of maintenance issues. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
