I have only lived her a little under a year and have not had any problems. I live near the tennis courts and the tenants are very friendly and it is a quiet area. I am planning on being her for awhile as long as there are no problems that will cause me to re-think my decision to stay. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I do not have nay problems with kids in the area in which I am located. I guess because there are only 1 bdrm apts in my building. Nevertheless, kids do frequent the tennis court from time to time but still no problems. Management is always watching out for people that are not tenants of this property and I really do fill safe living here. I would recommend this property to friends and family.
