I have only lived her a little under a year and have not had any problems. I live near the tennis courts and the tenants are very friendly and it is a quiet area. I am planning on being her for awhile as long as there are no problems that will cause me to re-think my decision to stay. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I do not have nay problems with kids in the area in which I am located. I guess because there are only 1 bdrm apts in my building. Nevertheless, kids do frequent the tennis court from time to time but still no problems. Management is always watching out for people that are not tenants of this property and I really do fill safe living here. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

You must be an employee! This place is very unsafe.Numerous robberies and break ins in this apartment complex. Management hides it because alot of people are moving out. This place is awful and run down. Utilities are high because the windows are old, water bill is high because they do shared usage. $60.00 for 2 bedroom. The management team is useless. This is not the place for a family or single female. The crime rate is very high in this complex, get your report from gwinnett police.
