water bill gouging

Heartland Regional Power Company is a bill collector that Howell Bridge uses. They are unscupulous. My water bill went from a set $35 to over $80/month.

They tack on admin charges and late fees of $15 every month if you are late with the bill. The bill itself is very unprofessional.

Heartland will not return calls nor help clarify problems.
