I wrote a comment back in November where I thought things were "OK". I must say that now, things are awful. There is no reason that my water bill should be $66.00 (as it was last month). When we first had to start paying our own bill (where it wasn't added to the rent) back in February in 2005, my water ran $35-$40.00. My Gas end electric bills should not be more than the water bill-COMBINED!

The staff is rude, and inconsiderate. The maintenance staff are pure idiots. I have had a refridgerator sitting on my porch for over 2 weeks now (at least i finally got a new one-it only took 1.5 years). I have tiles missing from my bathtub that have needed replacing since Feb. I was told to put a plastic bag over it to keep the water from getting into it and forming mold-TOO LATE. THE MOLD HAD ALREADY SET IN BEFORE THE TILES FELL OFF!!! The paint on the doors are coming off. The linoleum in my kitchen and bathrooms are coming up, as well as parts of the carpet. This place should seriously be condemmed. It needs to be bulldozed-no joke.

The garbage is another story for another day. I don't have enough time to even start a comment on that one!
