to move here. We moved in last year and gave the office a list a mile long of things that needed to be fixed. Well it has been almost a year later and still nothing. We had to end up fixing some things on our own. The windows do not lock, our water where the washer is leaks all over the place an they still have not fixed it(probably mold all in the wall from it), our water bill a month is 100.00 a month, the cold air blows in the windows during the winter, the air ducts are NASTY as we have to change our filter every month an we buy our own so we can get the nice ones and not the see through blue pieces of junk they use ( i have bad allergies), we have roaches, friends of my daughter has rats, the staff is such a joke, and this place is such a rip off. Our lease is up in 4 months and i have started looking for another place already. Yes there is a sex offender that lives here, you can never get a parking spot, there are atleast 8 people living in an apartment behind us, the people above us thumps their music, i have had a guy cuss my kids for playing around outside, the lakes are gross, and for the million dollar update they did to the place, didn't change the fact that it still looks like a rat hole. Same color, gross green. Please, please, please, this is coming from a honest Christian lady who is here to warn anyone who plans to look at or rent from this place. Don't do it. I meet a nice lady at the mailbox and she was getting a lawyer and taken them to court and she has only lived here for a fwe months.

APTVUE ....YES YOU ARE SO RIGHT..THIS PLACE SUCKS. Trash all over the place, roachs are my best friends.I just moved here and i want to find another place .Whoever call the two holes a lake, please don"t do it .It is more like a open trash can.Management it is a JOKE ? I think we need to have one fisrt to be a JOKE.

Maybe whoever has the lawyer should post some messages in the mail center and we can get a community thing going. We know that they never go to the mail center since the two lights have been blown out for over 6 months.

but the mail center is the area where all the thugs hang out and smoke 'weed' at night.. no thanks to that plan
