I moved here from another state.
I was sold over the phone by all the space outside and inside. When I arrived, I was very happy with all the open space. The apartment itself is huge and I am very happy. It is quiet here and my neighbors are very friendly. My kids love to play right outside our apartment and I can watch from the balcony.

Yes, the apartments are spacious, but are you willing to have space over your quality of life??? You just moved in, wait until the kids are out of school for the summer and maintance take a month to fix something in your apartment. Believe those rose colored glasses will be coming off.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! it may be cheap and spacious, BUT Im not an illegal alien used to the 125 degree temperatures in Mexico, so without havnig a working central heating and air unit(the ENTIRE length of my lease), I can not survive in an apt that stay at 85 degrees!
