I will never tell a friend to live here.nothing works, it takes weeks for the office to send
a guy to repair whatever is brook in your place .Garbage is all over the place. The office never ever pick up the phone.I have three friend wich are moving out and of course
myself.i used to have a roommate and he left already.The only thing i can tell you DONT MOVE HERE.
If do call the Police in Duluth they will tell how many calls they have on this place .
If are coming to see an apt here walk around
go see the garbage can on asat/sunday
Go around the threes and see how much trash is around here. The lake it is more open gabage can.
The people here are nice a list must of then
but they all moving out.
