WE LIVED THERE FROM 2002-2006 NEVER LATE ON RENT , NO PROBLEMS...WHEN WE MOVED IN WE HAD TO PAY A $500 DEPOSIT. WELL SINCE 2002,THERE HAS BEEN 3 DIFFERENT OWNERS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A DIME BACK. WE MOVED IN JULY. GAVE A 6 MONTH NOTICED AND EVERYTHING. DID EXACTLY WHAT THAT BIG DONUT EATING MANAGER AT THE TIME "DANIELLE" SAID TO DO... I SHOULD OF LEFT W/ OUT DOING ANYTHING, LIKE MOST DO.
SO IF YOUR MOVING...DO NOT EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT $$$ BACK!

This place is bad, look at the boarding mexincans house we have living in here. How the office let this happen, it looks like a truck just drop all then off here. Again the office does not do anything about it .I am calling the fire dep to tell then about the boarding houses here , maybe they can come here and do a fire inspection and closet this place down.
