I do hate this place and I am telling everyone I knwo how bad Connor Group take care of this place .

Please do yourself a favor before you move here stop by around 5pm to see all the -------- Boarding Houses playing their CD players with their laud music no respect to the neighbors. Yesterday this Mexican guy just stop in front of my house and trough his beer can on the grass, right there no shame , no respect. Take a walk around this place on Mondays and you will see beer bottles , beers cans, garbage bags all kind of stuff people just trough on the floor.

Don't try to play tennis bc all the -------- are playing soccer there and they will not let you play . Oh don't try to complain to the office they will not do anything.

The new new repair lady, she is the rudest person i ever met and again complain to the office it will not do any good.
Talking about the RUDE repair lady she left a heater on the grass and never can back to
pick it up and of course the office does not know about that bc they are to fat to actually take walk around the property .


The GYM it is a Horror show, must the stuff there is broken and it has been brooked for a one year and if you go to the office they will tell you - Oh! the machine is not working 'We are going to fix right the away....sure!!!


If you like laud music, boarding houses
and garbage. This is the place to live !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UH OH.... I THINK WE HAVE A MEXICAN HATER HERE! I THINK THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGEMENT AND THEM NOT DOING THEIR JOB. IF THEY WERE TO BUCKLE UP AND NOT LET 25 OR MORE PERSONS LIVE IN ONE APARTMENT, THEN THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN HERE. AS FAR AS THE BEER DRINKERS ONLY BEING MEXCIAN. THAT IS NOT THE CASE, B/C I SEE OTHERWISE. TOO FAT & LAZY FOR "HER" TO LEAVE THE OFFICE AND DO HER JOB... I AGREE. I JUST WISH DUNKIN' DONUTS WOULD BAN HER FROM THERE AND THEN MAYBE SHE COULD GET HER JOB DONE.

I don't care what country this people are coming from but i must say must of boarding houses we have at howell bridge are from people from Central America and Mex .This place needs a a real management and good and polite people . I hope you never have to deal with the new girl (maintenance girl) , she is the rudest person I ever met. This place is going Down Hill , move as soon as you lease is up
