I have lived here since 2004 and unfortunately I am still there, but definately planning on getting OUT!!!!
It is ridiculous how this new owner that we have has tried to sneak in all new charges on our water bill to cover their own expenses and is using a damn company that is out in Ohio somewhere!!! Hello are we not in GA!!!! Anyway we are paying for outside electric!!! hello i already pay for electric in my apt!!! Also trash well everytime i drive by the trash compactor it is full and overflowing with garbage!!!! Speaking of the water bill how is it that one person and a small child have a $80-$90 water bill every month''''' I have a sister that lives in a damn house and four people live there and they dont even pay as much water as i do!!!!!!!! Oh lets not forget that we have a damn water main break every other month and sometimes they just shut off water for hours at a time with no notice and you wake up Sat morn with no water!! This consistantly happens it is not like a once in a while thing either.
Also lets not forget the fact that they do not allow you to pay your rent a day after the 1st of the month which is totally ridiculous isnt that egainst the law or something to not have any leniency time like at least 3 days'''' It is just another way for them to take $ from their residents and to cover their own bs!!
Let's not talk about the ac unit that i have to put it on like 60 and it is still not even cold in my apt, and trust me i hate ac but it has been ridiculous the past weeks so i have to put it on and it doesnt even feel like it is working!!! Not to mention that one of my friends that lives here she walked in her apt to see that there was a stranger in her apt and they never gave her notice that he was coming!! Oh also lets talk about the bathroom at the pools.... there is never any toilet paper and or paper towels and the bathrooms are so disgusting you prob wouldnt even want to use them if you needed to!!!!! also the damn porches have nails coming up out of them not safe at all cause you can easily get a nail stuck in your foot if you are not careful.
Lets see i can go on forever but i will leave it at that cause there really is not that much time...............
