I lived here for about a year...I moved out back in March and forgot that this web-site was here. I have read most of the postings and they seem about right. I lived in a 3 bedroom apartment, and it was only me and my daughter. The first month I got my water bill it was $70. I called the Connor Groups water company and told them that is was only me and my daughter and there must have been some mistake. I told them there couldn't be any possible way that I had used this much water. She proceeded to tell me, that they go by square footage of the apartment and by unit. I was outragged, I was paying for the 20 people living under me, the 10 people on both sides of me and 15 people cross ways from me. I told them I wasn't going to pay it and she said did you sign the paper, I told her I had, but under false pretense, that they told me it went by each apartment, not unit. She told me flat out, either pay or be evicited.
Also,in the master bedroom there was mold growing in the closet and I was there for a year and they never came to fix it. The people underneath me had a chicken living in the apartment and at the butt-crack of dawn the thing would wake me up. It took them two months to get this thing out of the aparmtent.
As for the staff, "Danielle" did suck. She liked to talk out of her cake whole and all the came out of it was s--t. I tried to get out of my lease like the other person because I was being trasfered and she was so rude about it and told me there was no possible way to get out of it and threatened me with jail and going to court.
At Christmas time, plan on not getting any sleep, these people stay up all night with their music blasting. The walls and floor boards are paper thin. If you were to pull up the carpet you would find actuall holes in the floor boards. Lets talk about the carpet, at the sides of the wall there was an inch thick of black hair all along the wall in every room. I saw someone else write about nails sticking up out of the decks, this is true...they told me that they were redoing all the decks, so I was thinking that we were going to get new ones...nope, all they did was slap on some new paint on the rails. The parking...what parking, you can't get parking because everybody and there brother lives in this complex.
Please take my advice and run as far as you can from here. At first it may seem nice and they give in to your every whim to get you there, but once you are there they could care less about you. Oh yeah, I was paying $800 a month, then they tried to get me to renew my lease and told me that it was going up to $900...I asked her if she was joking, she told me no. She had to of been joking, I can get a house or a real luxery apartment for that kind of money.
