I am very happy my lease is almost done, the new company did some improvments but not enough. I walk a lot along the property which could be nice if they would do something about all of the people leaving their stuff all around their apartments - boxes, bikes, bed frames...whatever they dont want and are too lazy to take to the trash. Loud music starts at 5 am when the -------- starting warming up their cars to go to work. Dogs bark all day and all night because they are leashed to the balcony and the trees.

If you like loud music, garbage all over the place trash at the balconies and neighbors which will not respect you...then move on in...Welcome to Tijuana

Og...good walk at night ...don't even think about it, you might not come back home.
