I am also moveing out in March and forgot that this web-site was here. I have read most of the postings and they seem about right. .
I agree about the water bill. We are only two people in my place never home and we pay around 70$ every month.
The wall are paper thin I can listen at my next door baby crying , you can hear when people walk above us .
Loud Music is a normal thing at Howell Bridge,comercial trucks are parking all over the place.There no parking rules or control who lives here.
I am so suprisse the boarding house still here and know one does a thing about it .

Dog poop is all over the complex, don't try to walk in the grass.
The Office - the new manager is very nice but I have a felling she just agree with and nothing will change .
The new girl must be hire from Connor Group....BAD.
