Where do I start' If you have been to Tijuana and love it, MOVE IN!!! Maintenance takes FOREVER. The water bill is divided by the number of apartments in the building, not how much water you use, so if you have 1 or 2 people in your apartment, and the other people next door have 10 people, you end up paying for THEIR water. Parking is horrible. The new manager is not very nice. The pool closes for weeks at a time. Compared to nicer apartments, this place is expensive. The buildings are old and everything is falling apart. Need i say more'

Thank you for your feedback regarding previous issues at Howell Bridge Apartments. We have recently come under new management that truly cares about the concerns of all our residents. Going forward we are taking a very proactive approach to work orders, capital improvements, and to general resident concerns. We welcome you back to take a look at the changes that have taken place.

I'm a former resident and I agree with you, 100%. I was VERY glad to move.
