Since I have lived at Howell Bridge I have been in misery. When I moved in amenities included rotten cielings, rotten and moldy cabinets, the apartment was never cleaned after the last people moved out, a stove that did not work, windows that don't lock (makes it easier for the trash and or their kids living here to break into your apartment) rotten wood beams outside on the porch. I have now lived here for 9 months and up until recently the problems were never fixed. When they did come and fix them, it looks like a pre-school art project. The people at the leasing office consist of liars, -------, thiefs, and one guy named Nathan that is actually nice and seems concerned about getting things done. If you ever cross paths with the old hag manager that is always in her office with the door closed in "training classes" ----- slap her because she deserves it. I personally think that "training class" is code for giving blow jobs to whomever will let her put her old wrinkled nasty mouth on them. And that stupid leasing lady up there is always on her period or has something huge up her rear. She should really consider a different job where she can utilize those taking it in the butt skills or maybe even settle for something where there are no people that have to talk to her or deal with her moodiness. I really hope that one day this place will be burnt down!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rated this review as hilarious though sad as I haven't lived in these apartments for 3 years and it's apparent that the place has gone even further down hill.To the author I ask : has any one of your neighbors siphoned gas out of your tank , broke into your apartment, or broke into your car yet? If not, then you still have something to look forward to. My advice to you is to either stop caring about the quality of your life and then learn to speak spanish or get the hell out of the there while you can!

Wow, thanks a lot! You just saved the lives of 2 of my co-workers and about 3-4 or their friends!! The pics were a plus!! Sorry you have to go through this crap.... but i think my place is worse, ut i only have a couple more months to endure!! Good luck

It appears that anyone with any class would not want to live here for fear that they would get you for a neighbor. This is clearly not the place for your language and in addition, you must really have a mental problem. Moreover, I am sure they (staff) are only attempting to do their job the best they can. Thanks for your comment, I would not want a neighbor like you nor would I want my children around someone like yourself....you are not stable!!!

Get real man!!! I bet you work here, seeing that you are defending the staff so much. If you think for one second that your post is going to make people disregard mine you stupid!!!! pictures don't lie!!!! Howell Bridge your scam is done!!!!!!!! you will not be able to fool anybody that looks on this website again that you are a "luxury apartment complex", well you might if you are advertising to roaches and ants!

ihtehb42...why did you destroy that apt. We would never lease out something in such a disrepair. I must concer wif dee other poster in dat you have a mental problem and need help. Pls stop eating your own feces and ackwire the help u be so in desparate need of. We treated u very nice and let you move in even though we knew you were crazy as all hell and this is how u be repaving us...SCREW U!
