After living here for two years we have had so many problems. Issues from pest control inside and in parking area to issues involing managments (4 to 5) changes and take overs.

While we are having issues of broken and need replacing items not being fixed in a timely manner or until enough fussing is done. To problems with pest control that has become problems to our health. Nothing being done as to show the conserns of our needs other than office personal trying to say that they want to help but can't do anything as of now.

WE ARE MOVING IN 90 DAYS AND WILL NEVER RETURN WITHOUT THE ASSISTANTS WE DESERVE AS PEOPLE RENTING IN AMERICA.

As of now the owners of this apartment complex are aware of our problems and are making every attempt to solve every issue we have been having. I would like to thank Apartment Ratings for giving us the oppertunity to give this rating to all of you.
I want to say that although we have only 90 days left here the management here are making our last days as pleasent as possible as one can be in this issue.
Management is currently making improvments to there office, pool, playground, workout room and other areas of the property that where neglected by the previous managements.
I will continue to leave remarks as to how much this new management team is conserned about their residents and there property for the remaining time we are here.

I am just updating everyone about wat issues we ave faced from te new face at howell bridge.
We are being pressed to pay a large amount of money to Howell Bridge. Now that we have moved out and are living in a new house we recieve news about them wanting money. I can't believe that anything besides the water bill is being asked for after spending so much money living with roaches and cleaning for the move.We are being scamed and with the threat of bad credit if we contest the money. Is that how they they respect there renters' i have a friend that moved in and was so upset about lack of urgence to fulfill there promises when the lease was signed that moving out right away was the only sulution. This will be my last post and warning for all those that care. Howell Bridge is not a pleasent home.

Thank you for your feedback regarding previous issues at Howell Bridge Apartments. We have recently come under new management. With this in mind many of the issues that tenants have had previously are being addressed and being rectified in a timely manner. Going forward we are taking a very proactive approach to work orders, capital improvements, and to general resident concerns. Howell Bridge Management
