I lived in these apartments from April 2004 to December 2008. The materials were shoddy, constant problems with water lines breaking and the entire complex being without water for hours at a time. I had three separate incidents of water leaking from the Apt upstairs into my apartment. Ceiling damage was never repaired even though it was reported several times.

Pests are a serious problem in this complex. It is a constant battle to keep them out.

On Site management is rude and condescending.

All in all, you can find much better options. Go elsewhere

Just wait until you get your notice from Delta Credit Collections at work! How embarrassing! They do not even bother to send you a final bill, it is all done through this agency. Then, they try to charge you for extra rent, extra electricity, and larger than normal "final" bill for water. Then, it takes that agency 3 months to send you something in the mail, and by this time, they have violated their own rules and are reporting you to a credit agency. I filed a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and you should see the grammar in the letter back from the property manager. Ridiculous.

Agreed...nothing butt problems problems problems. I offered my services as BDSM Master and these knuckleheads looked as though I have just landed from Mars. Perhaps it was the "People Under the Stairs" leather outfit I was wearing butt nonetheless, its the thought that counts. "BendOver...*WHACK*"

Thank you for your feedback regarding previous issues at Howell Bridge Apartments. We have recently come under new management. With this in mind many of the issues that tenants have had previously are being addressed and being rectified in a timely manner. Going forward we are taking a very proactive approach to work orders, capital improvements, and to general resident concerns. Howell Bridge Management
