I moved into this apartment complex June of 2008. The apartment was not in good shape. I was very patient with the current Property Manager, but it seemed as if my complaints were not being heard. In March of 2009, a new property manager took over, and I can truly say that things have improved. He did a walk thru and listed all the problem. As of of May, my apartment is in good shape. The pest problem is not a problem anymore,because an exterminator is on the property evevy week, Making sure the pest problem is gone. We just had a pool party for the kids on the property, and My daughter and her friends had a really good time. I want to thank the staff of Howell Bridge for truly making me feel at home! :)
Now, when I go to pay rent I don't feel as if I am being taken advantage of.. I now feel that the wellbeing of me andfamily are being considered in the most positive way!
Thanks for the improvements--- keep up the good work Howell Bridge!

definitely sounds like management wrote this review. i dont think i know of anyone who would recommend this place. bedbugs have infested this place. also, yea the pool opened on saturday but the very next day it was closed. oh and its still closed. every year its like this. open for a few days, then closed for a couple of weeks. i honestly have waaay to many problems to even begin to discuss all of them. dont move here!!!!

@ Jinglejimmy and Anonymous, I am not a member of management, I am a tenant. What I said was there has been improvement to the Howell bridge community. I am not trying to get into a battle with anyone who can't say something positive about the community they live in. If you go up to the office and speak with the manager, and list the problems that you are currently having in you unit, then you might see results. Writing bad reviews before attempting to solve the problem with the current manager, says a lot about the person who complains. So from my perspective, if you want some improvements done to your unit, stop complaining, and do something about it... Believe me you will notice a difference.
