I been at the property for about 1 yr. I Just re-sign my lease ,I'm very please with the new mangement and the way the property look currently. They are friendly and go over and beyond to resolve any issue I may have. There no crime,My neighbor are very friendly and the propertly is will maintence. Keep Up the Good Work !!

What!!!!!!!!! Are you serious!!! The pool is closed at days at a time!!! They also turn off the water without any notice!!! Hello this is getting ridiculous!!! Also maintenance takes three days or more to get back to you if they even remember to tell the maintenance workers!!

Bugs Everywhere Terrible maintenance neighbors smoking weed in parking lot!!! Office staff just as ghetto if not more so than old broken down apts dishwasher is older than me !! New gates for what?? They wanna trap us in this Hell Hole because no one is trying to get in !!If you are an illegal immigrant,drug dealer, hood rat,or skank come right on down you will fit right in over here !!
