Water Bills are way too high

I am a single resident.
I have gotten water bills ranging from over $87 to less than $12 for the same time periods.
I have complained about this several times with no result.
They always claim that they will resolve the issue and there are no results.
The water company is worst than the management.
No one is addressing the issues.
There are several others that have the same problems with their water bills and they are not getting any results.

The solution to the water bill was to take the number of occupants in the building and divide the water bill by numbers... Well my highest bill when my son lived with us and we were paying meter readings was a little over $30. Now it is running $42 plus for just my husband and I. GO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT!
