As another review stated, its an apartment and a fairly large community things will happen.

I haven't experienced anything negative...yet.

And hopefully I won't.

I love my apt and am very pleased with the layout.

The rooms are huge and there is plenty of closet space.

I live in the new phase in the back and my carpet, cabinets, and light fixtures are very nice.

Any time I have had any problems the office has been very good about getting maintenance out to me in a hurry.

They are always very pleasant.

Since it is such a large community it is hard to get someone on the phone on weekends but I do not have a problem with stopping by in person.

During the weekdays I can usually get someone in the office right away.

The answering service is horrible but they are an answering service that generally isn't directly affiliated with the community itself and probably work for others as well.

Charter's customer service is worse.

But people still use them for cable.

:) It is fairly quiet with the exception of the thin ceiling and pitter patter of little feet that I can hear above me.

Again, I love my apt and I'd recommend it to anyone.

I'll be there until I'm ready to make a purchase.
