Idlewylde is a beautiful community and has a lot to offer.

Since January 2006, this site is averaging appoximately 1 complaint per month.When you consider that we have 843 apartment homes, that is a very low percentage of unhappy people! You can't please everyone all of the time, but we have 842 happy residents that are not posting their thoughts on this web site.

Also, Idlewylde does NOT accept Section 8 or any other form of government assisted housing programs.

Never has, never will.

IT DAMN SURE SEEMS AS IF SECTION 8 IS ACCEPTED BY IDLEWYDLE. NO BETTER YET JUDGING THE CURRENT RESIDENTS IT SEEMS TO BE A PUBLIC HOUSING COMPLEX. KEEP IT REAL OR JUST KEEP IT!!!!!!!!! IDLEWYLDE IS THE GHETTO'S BEST KEPT SECRET. OOPS THE SECRET'S OUT!! THE OFFICE STAFF'S A JOKE WITH THEIR COMMENTS AND RESPONSES. PLEASE STOP POSING AS TENANTS AND BE REAL...FOR ONCE. DAMN SLACKERS!!
