Me and my partner cannot wait until our lease is up at the end of the year. The 60 day notice will be given for numerous reasons. The gate has worked all but about 3 months of us being here. The second gym has keys missing from the treadmills. In order to use them you have to purchase a $25 key due to other residents or people that don't even live in the community stealing them. The pool table that we were told was free to use as long as someone was in the office is now an $100 fee to use. The tri-star (try-a-cops) security team patrol the residents not all the hoodlums running in and out of the complex and swimming in our pools. They are like hall monitors not protecters. Over all they are all about money and nothing about customer service whatsoever. Our rent is going up almost $100 they have advise if we would like to stay. I don't see any reason to pay these astronomical prices for an apartment with false advertising and no luxury. We should have done more research before hand.

Okay A) they never told you the pool table was free, you may have misunderstood. THat club house has to be rented and everyone knows that. B) Tri star are actually capable of arresting people and they carry guns. What other security company does that? C) What difference does it make that someone uses the pool? Are you joking? As long as they are not making it unpleasant for you than it shouldn't be a problem and if youre scared of little black kids (or what you refer to as hoodlums) then you are going to have a problem anywhere you go. And Idlewylde really is luxury. You'll understand that when you try to get a bargain and move in somewhere else.

Do you even live here? As stated in my review they advised the pooltable was free as long as the office was open. B) as stated by the leasing agents tri-star is here for the management staff and to protect the apartments not the residents or their property as told to us by the staff themselves. C) it makes ALOT of difference if someone else uses the pool that doesn't live here when i pay rent and they don't. It does make it unpleasent for me when there are a bunch of kids in the pool and I can't just chill out without all the noise. "hoodlums" was in reference to all the kids that do not stay on the property i see walking in and out of the neighborhood. Trust me, For $950 a month i can go somewhere and get luxury for a whole lot less than what im being charged now.As i said you live and learn as we have. As a previous person stated it seems you go around answering each review here with your own negative rebuttal. I agree, its very obvious who you work for.. laughable even.

Oh without a doubt, the pool is more enjoyable when it is less crowded, less noisy, less bad language, less rambunctious running and jumping in all over the place, less hard core making out,and less pee-e, (all those people there and I don't see anybody making a trip to the bathroom (that has been stripped of all the tp) and when you see a large group walking in from a nearby neighborhood, it's frustrating. They tend to use the back pool more so even if that one is closer, I recommend using the pool near the front office for a more relaxed experience. There is a lack of pride in the apt. community that I think is a ripple effect of the office staff's attitudes.

Idlewylde Community IS A JOKE.. Please read carefully. Our apartment community has a group of new agents, but work for a incompetent manager, and bookeeper on site. The only reason i am still here is because of one reason, it is half a block away from my job. I would not recommend anyone with common sense to move here. They are all about their money. Don't I know this. I have never been late, never had any late charges. I am in a one bedroom apartment. Listen!!! I have been overcharged in rent every month since December 07. That is 12 months. I have sat in a leasing office 11 of those 12 months to discuss my lease with the leasing agents. Second i turned in a new lease to the office around December to sign up for six month, I found out days later that one of the agent lost my lease, so i had to sign a third lease within 30 days, because it was misplaced. Next i requested to be the primary resident. Which i should have been in the first place , because i specifically signed that with my original lease. For 5 month my rent was coming in a ex- residents name. I had to go to the office sit there, and wait until i seen the name change in their computer system because it took an additional 4 months after i made the request. I have spoken to a regional manager who seems to not understand her positions being in the customer service field. Question? Is it me or does nobody in the leasing office or management listen to a residents concerns. I signed a new lease in OCTOBER again. Which i greatly regret. To then be told , we are under new managent , please give us another chance to fix everything that has happened in the past. That you will no longer have any issues in this community. In my November bill statement it is showing i owe a balance on my account over 100.00 dollars. Remember i just sat with the agent to resign my lease in October, told me to have no worries. I am boiling in the inside with the lies you are told. When asking the people in charge what are these fees. Then nobody know what the hell the charges are when you ask them. I have dealt with this for the past year. 1 whole year , and to this day nobody has ever looked into this . I have presented documentation to agents to later hear that they do not have this information on file. I informed the leasing manager , that i might as well have the job because i am doing yours every month. I am in the customer service industry, and this apartment community is the worst when it comes to your money and your communitiy. It is dispicable to have to explain the same situation to people over , and over again. I do not have a balance with your company, if someone had the integrity to do their job accurately. I would not still be in this situation. Whoever Anonymous is ! You are probably one of the idiots sitting there in the office in a position of power. I do not have a issue with exposing you all because if you work there you should shut your mouth and do your job correctly if your a leasing agent. Listen for once in your life, maybe you could be the manager one day. customers. If you write back i am more than willing to say my name in the future so you all know who i am. I bet you already do
