I lived her going on three years and it is a great location. Great school system and very nice office staff. The grounds alway look nice.

First off, the school system doesn't dictate the quality of your apartment complex. Secondly, clean grounds are no sell for me when I know that Duluth is the central bypass for a drug cartel, and that Idlewylde in particular has a large population of its members. I'd rather have dirty grounds and safety than know that my grounds are clean but I might get taken out by a cocaine dealer.

Move out huh? U make it sound easy. Once they have you, you're theirs for 13 months, like it or not. My neighbor broke her lease two months ago because she was robbed in her own hallway, and got sued by idlewylde. They made her pay for the rest of her lease, (4 months) at regular rates, plus att fees and court costs including dispossesory proceedings, but the funny thing is, she gave the keys back once her apt was empty, and had a professional company clean the apt so they knew she was leaving, but still did a dispossesory on her. They are crooks. If anyone has any questions about this complex, you should ask the gwinnett police dept to tell you how many times they've been called to this place and for what. You will be surprised by the amount of calls and arrests made here. My lease is up soon. I will be moving out to a better place.
