Idlewylde employees trying to make themselves look better

Idlewylde sucks.
I broke my lease only 3 months after moving.
I lived in another complex for 12 years, so don't even go there.
Management sucks.
The gates work one day ,the next they are wide open, then they are hanging half way open.
Somehow my garage door was opened and got things stolen.
The office says it's my fault for leaving the door open.
I say someone has a master garage door opener and is going around stealing things when they KNOW who is home and who's not.
I've never seen snipers, but did see the SWAT truck and many police cars one night.
There are fire trucks and ambulances coming in and out regularly.
And did see some guy get arrested across the pool by the front office.
A car ran right through the front gates my first month like it wasn't even there.
Thousands of loud kids, pit bulls, thugs, illegals, white trash, you name it, it's there.
I am posting this because I believe Idlewylde is posting advertisements on here in the form of reviews.
I also read somebody's post on here that if you checked the IP's you would get different ones for every post.
I am all for that.
I authorize this website to compare my IP with the other posters.

I subscribe to the reviews because I live here and I like it. I don't work for the community or the management company that runs it. I think it is ridiculous that people think that Idlewylde employees are posting reviews. As far as the multiple ip addresses are concerned, I have a laptop, desktop, iPhone and I may or may not have posted from work. I always post my username. Get over it people. I can't help but wonder if there is a difference in phasee 1 versus phase 2. Maybe I should be glad the worst problem I've faced is dealing with Comcast.

GIVE IT UP. THERE ARE NEGATIVE POSTS FROM 8 YEARS AGO THAT COMPLETELY DESCRIBE THE SITUATION GOING ON NOW!!! STOP LYING AND POSTING FAKE REVIEWS TO MAKE YOURSELVES LOOK BETTER.

I do not work for the apartments. I moved in a few months ago and I like this place so I wanted to let people know my opinion. Just as you have posted several times. You may look at my past reviews and see I've written one for my last place in Buckhead as well....the guy that leased to us told us that the gates are open at prime times in the morning and afternoon to help with the flow of traffic-I guess so it doesn't get backed up. Also, when he gave my husband and I our cards to get in and out, he said it would take about 15 mins to download but that the gates would be open until it finished. So I'm guessing that if it has to download a card that they are open until the download finishes...not positive, but that's what it sounds like. To EIGHTTHIRTY, I live in Phase 2 and I don't have problems. I think this poster is either a disgruntled resident or employee who is mad. I hate to hear that they had their stuff stolen-that's why you have renter's insurance and you don't leave your garage door open.

Funny how both of the individuals that responded are defending the fact that they are not working for Idlewylde. Why would a resident do this??? Do they love Idlewylde THAT much? Would you sit here and post everyday about how great your apartment is? Now they are trying to defend accusations about different IP addresses? This is HILARIOUS! Idlewylde management needs to spend more time trying to fix their complex and less time trying to LIE about what their place is like!! Im so glad I'm out of there. TO ANYONE READING: !!!DO>>NOT>>LIVE>>HERE!!! BTW: to the poster of the review.. I HAVE pictures of the snipers, trust me they were there. I have pictures of all of it, I am currently trying to find a way to post the pictures of the SWAT operation I witnessed.

I live at Idlewylde and certainly did not notice that protective bubble surrounding us that protects us from all evil and theives and crime and selfish people that have no respect for others--THAT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE! I am aware of my surroundings, I NEVER leave anything of value in my car, I dont advertise the nice things that i have and i have renter's insurance ($13 per month)in case anything happens to it anyway. I absolutely LOVE it here! I am a young professional female living by myself and never once have I ever felt threatened or unsafe. I think that the cash to value ratio of what I am getting here at Idlewylde is way beyond compare to any other community around--tons of ammenities, the staff is so nice, the place is always so clean, my apartment is HUGE for how little I am paying, and did I mention that I love it here?! I am sad because there are PEOPLE that ruin places with tresspassing and disrespect to personal belongings and others--I see that this is NO FAULT of the staff that works at Idlewylde. My screening to get in here was intense--they even checked my criminal background! They are just as cautious as to who they let in this place as I was for where I wanted to live! I highly recommend it!!!

An IP address from a single router will return the IP address assigned to that router regardless of how many computers are hooked up to the router. I dont have an Iphone.
Idlewylde sucks. Why else would the stinking place have a 30% rating??? IT SIMPLY SUCKS. Instead of wasting Idlewylde's money by siting here and posting nice things about the place you should be cleaning the oily film from the pool water...
I say screw you and screw Idlewylde.

Apartment employees do post review here. Katie is the manager who goes by the user name kburgh replied to one of my post. And if you user name is "itisokhere" then you definitely work for the apartment. I agree with this post in several points
1) The gate never works and is always broken, like right now
2) A car ran right through the front gates my first month like it wasn't even there. --> This is also true, my mom saw that
3) Thousands of loud kids, thugs, illegals -> illegal immigrants live right under my apartment, loud kids always play soccer in the parking lot, the other day a lady cursed them out like she did't give a crap. Of course there are thugs in this apartment, cops visit this place everyday and so do the security guards, both of which are useless in preventing crimes.
