The apartments are average. There is nothing wrong with them, nothing great about them. However, the management will try to suck every penny out of you. Expect NO favors or any kind of customer relationship upkeep. They are, for lack of a better phrase, money-grubbing.

I lived at Breckinridge Hills for 3 horrible years!! The apts are old, people are always selling drugs, cars have been broken into several times. My water bill was consistantly $60 dollars or more for no good reason. The pool was always disgusting and kids set my building on fire!! I left my lease early cause I feared for my safety. Don't move here you will regret it.
