TERRIBLE experience!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
While living at Breckinridge "Hell", I mean Hills for 6 months, it was like a scene from COPS. There were several cars broken into, apartment windows broken and NOT repaired, and domestic disputes. The lights in the breezeways between apartments were never working. Very dark & scary! Not a nice place to call home! The apartment was below par for the amount of rent. The landscaping was TERRIBLE, the pool was dirty, the jacuzzi broken, not to mention the volleyball court sand was used as a dog poop area (and never cleaned). I couldn't wait for my 6 months to be over!
