The entrance gate is always broken. The equipment in the gym is always broken. The sauna has never worked. If you call maintenance to fix something, you'll have to call several more times. It took them about 4 months to fix my icemaker. I'm still waiting for them to fix my cabinets. The maintenance men are very loud and rude. You can hear them cussing and swearing while out on the property--very close by the children's playground area.
