1.When me and my roomate moved to this complex, we had no idea how bad the parking situation was! We both were on the lease and received a "parking permit sticker" with only one assigned parking spot between the both of us. Most of the spots are numbered, and the ones that are not are taken by 4:00pm. People seem to get home that early just to fight over spots. So, only 1 parking spot assigned They do not tell you about this absurd problem when you move there ( you have 2 find out the hard way ). 2. A maintenance person came into our apartment while we were not home...to fix a problem that someone already fixed while we were at home...but they failed to let the rest of the office know that the work order had been completed. My whole apartment was out of order...There was fresh urine on the rim of the toilet seat (like someone used the bathroom) and neither myself nor my roomate were home all day. Also, my bed-sheets were out of order (like some sicko freak was laying all in there) And my drawers were out of order. There was so much more evidence that someone went through our stuff...but what confirmed it was the work order copy left saying that "nothing was wrong in apt." No Freakin' DUH!!! We had someone fix those problems the day before, however there was poor communication in the leasing office, and they let the sicko that they stupidly hired into our private home life and he went through our stuff.3. We found numerous condom packages and used condoms thrown outside around ur apartment. It's great to know some people are practicing safe sex, but throwing their disease-infested leftovers over to out side and putting our health at stake is selfish and just plain nasty. I would never recommend this junk heap!!!
