Need to be Clean

Have you ever heard of pressure washing. The stairs are gross. Red clay dirt, cigarette butts, leaves, spiderwebs. I live at this place and I would like it to reflect some form of cleaness. The pool and hotub, nice amenities but can they be clean too. Just because some people dont tak e their cleanliless seriously doesn't mean the mgmt cant. Goodness
