I have lived there since 2005 and I have had no major problems. When I first moved in there was a problem with teenagers breaking into cars. The management staff took every step necessary to make sure the problem was solved. They are friendly and professional. They do things for the community like clothing drives at Christmas. They have raffles for free rent for the residents and they also have holidays for us. I am only moving because the schools are horrible in the area. If it were not for that I would have stayed until I purchased my house. My one bedroom is a nice size and the complex is not consumed with roaches. The residents are great about putting trash in the dumpster. I was going to move to another complex in my area but they are not as kept up as Madison. The staff is concerned about how the community is run. It is a great place to call home.

I feel for your lifestyle if you think this a good place to live. Set your standards higher than this place.
