I use to like it here. I live on the walk up level and I can hear everything the people above me does. That is the point when I began not to like it. Today I seen a man get shot in the face outside my window. I will not be renewing my lease I will not be continuing to stay here this is not for me. I did not move in this area to have all these things go on. Plus if you pay your rent on the 6th you will pay a $200 late fee

If you pay your rent on the 6th ANYWHERE you will have a late fee. Pay your rent on time and stop complaining!

"If you pay your rent on the 6th ANYWHERE you will have a late fee. Pay your rent on time and stop complaining!" Yep. Some people make any excuse to justify their behavior (i.e. paying rent late). Laughable & sad at the same time.

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 4 MONTHS AND I LOVE MY APARTMENT. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL. ATLEAST ONE OF THEM IS. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE VERY STRICT. MY NEIGHBORS DOWN STAIRS KEEP COMPLAINING ABOUT MY MUSIC BEING TOO LOUD AND I DONT ????VEN HAVE A STEREO. ITS MY T.V. IF U CANT HANDLE SOMEONE OVER TOP OF YOU THEN YOU SHOULD MOVE TO A HOUSE. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO WHEN YOU MOVE TO AN APARTMENT. I HAD A COUPLE OF FAMILY MEMBERS VISIT FROM OUT OF TOWN AND THE NEXT THING I KNOW THE STAFF SAID I HAD TOO MUCH TRAFFIC IN AND OUT. OTHER THAN ALL THAT, THEY ALRIGHT WITH ME. LOL
