I moved here August 2008 and I can say that this community is ghetto and unsafe. The leasing staff do things in their own time and they do not know how to prioritize. I decided not to renew my lease because I asked for one of the newer one bedrooms for the sake of better appliances and none were available. Instead they waited until my lease expired September 2008 to tell me my renewal rate and it went up $147.00 more! Then if I would not accept their offer I had to pay $1,600.00 to move out because I didn't have a 60 day notice! I thought me asking for a newer one bedroom was my notice. The notice should not matter at this point because they could not get me a newer one bedroom and they waited two weeks before I had to move out before giving me a renewal rate. Tijuana the leasing agent hangs with the hoodlums. ---- should NOT be in management. There is more drugs than Cuba in this place. This was my first apartment and I do not want to live in an apartment again. I am moving back home!! Do NOT rent here! They want to do you unjust. You may get shot or maimed here. Stay AWAY.

I personal believe that people who give negative opinion about a specific person especially calling the complex ghetto and unsafe must have those same qualities in themselves. I personally have had a wonderful experience with Tjuana at Breckinridge Apt she is polite willing to go over board and from my knowledge she has done this with many new tenant and furture ones as well. The complex is safe, and appealing and very quiet. My experience is that they are very consistent, courtesy, and willing to go over board for the call of duty to make sure the customer is comfortable, having to experience such an excellent staff @ Breckinridge and they understand your situation whether physical or financial to me that priceless. I would say to any reading this if a person who has an opinion about the Apt complex shouldn???t base there negative rating on the apartment because things didn???t go there way and wanting to retaliate by putting untruthful things about someone to hurt them, it childish and wrong.

Everyone MUST give a 60 day WRITTEN notice.It is in your lease.Page 1 Paragraph 6 and I quote "Either party may nonrenew or terminate this lease at the end of the intial term by giving a 60 day WRITTEN non renewal notice prior to the end of the lease term....Management employees are not authorized to accept verbal notice of nonrenewal or termination by resident, and the resident has no right to rely on a managment employee's statement that a verbal notice is acceptable.." Even if the girl stated above that she wanted a transfer she still has to give a written notice to transfer into the next apartment. So Good Luck to her. Your lease is your guideline to live in apartments. READ IT. Thank you

I won't even comment on the misspelled words, grammatical errors, and syntax errors (Cuba...drugs... remark) LOL

I like how da people in da office try to respond to da bad remarks!! lol Thats so funny to me!! Ha ha ha ha! And most of da good remarks are made by da staff! But im a living witness! The crew F**KED me too at da end of my lease.

This is why when ------- Americans are looking for an apartment and they see other ------- Americans in the office they are apprehensive. I should have known when my fiance moved in that there was trouble ahead.
