you don't have to pay for water however
don't rent here if you unless you like drug activity and the police constantly arresting
people. Also the manager is never in and the work orders are very very slow in getting done and I don't mean the major issues.

The last entry is completely accurate. Hilary is the most wonderful maintenance employee that I have ever known. His co-workers all seem nice too and they all speak perfect English. Hilary picks up trash every day from the parking lot and always waves and is friendly. He even came to the complex in the middle of the night during one of the horrible thunderstorms that happened around the hurricane weather this spring. He got out of bed and drove there to push a car out of the middle of the parking lot that had become submerged in water. Now that is dedication!!!! Are there drawbacks? Yes, there are. There are a LOT of children that do not pay attention to traffic. There are a lot of residents that leave trash all over the parking lot. There are a lot of folks hanging out after dark but they are the newer residents who do not last long because the police are called and the manager, Heather, takes care of it. In Atlanta, it doesn't matter where you live or how much you pay -- there is going to be drug activity.
