This place is the pits and management is even worse. The property manager is non-confrontational so you can call about noise, but it will be left upon deaf ears. But, let your rent be late, she is quick to put a notice on your door. She charges your account for filing dispossessory notices when she hasn't actually filed them.
The lady who lives above me in a two bedroom apartment has a teenage girl and a 4th grade boy...and occasionally her boyfriend. It sounds like they are bowling up there every day.
The residents don't mind pulling their cars up to the the building and blasting their music and of course, management acts as though they never got the call.
Even the security officer said they don't respond to your calls. He got fed up and moved.
The people leave trash outside their doors and don't get fined.
A lot of the children have no respect for adults.
There are quite a few domestic violence situations and drug/suspicious activity situations.
They say they spray weekly for bugs, but I have seen so many new insects that I feel like I live in a jungle...some of which look like scorpions.
The plumbing is horrid. I have had 5 calls to the office for maintencance on toilets, sinks and showers. It is RIDICULOUS!
Overall , even though I got a good rate for the area, I would take a loss and pay more elsewhere.
